At TOYS FOR TRUCKS our goal is to provide each customer the best possible shopping experience for automotive accessories. We look forward to serving your auto accessory needs!

Shipping Policy

At TOYS FOR TRUCKS, we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 to the continental 48 U.S. States and on most items under $100, which means no worries about extra costs on the auto accessories for your vehicle. All items under $100 that are marked Free Shipping qualify. Orders less than $100 that are NOT marked Free Shipping will be charged a $9.95 Shipping & Handling Fee. Free shipping offer does not apply to truck or freight shipments typical of oversized items. Some of the items we sell exceed the size limits for standard ground shipping and must be sent by truck or freight delivery. These items are labeled as oversized on their product information page, and will not be eligible for Free Shipping. Free shipping NOT available on international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories or APO/FPO orders. Only standard ground shipping orders to residential and commercial addresses in the continental US are eligible for Free Shipping.

Shipping / Delivery Times Estimated shipping time

Most orders will ship the same day or the following business day! TOYS FOR TRUCKS strives to ship as fast as possible, shipping out most orders within 24 hrs. We usually receive a tracking number from our manufacturers when your order ships. We then email this tracking number to you within 24 hours of your order shipping out, so you can easily track your package(s) from the factory to your door.

Delivery time

Once the item ships, please allow an additional 1-5 business days for delivery to your door. Because our products ship from warehouses and manufacturers across the US, exact shipping method and times will vary by item. Also, your items may not ship together or arrive at the same time.

Oversized Freight

Oversized items are labeled as oversized on their product information page. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery once the item has been shipped. A carrier representative will call you to schedule a convenient time to deliver your item. Someone over the age of 18 may be required to be present to sign for the delivery and ID will be required for verification purposes. Please be aware that your order will be delivered on a Tractor Trailer type vehicle and reasonable access needs to be available for the driver to safely maneuver his vehicle. The driver is only required to deliver your order to the Curb. Inside Delivery is not available for your order. It may also be necessary for someone to assist the Delivery Driver to safely unload your order if a Lift Gate is not available or requested. If Access or Assistance is going to be an issue, you may request to pick up your order at the Freight Companies Loading Dock at no additional charge to you.

Packaging Damage

Prior to signing for your order please make sure to inspect the Packaging for any signs of damage. If any substantial damage is present that you feel may have affected your item please refuse the shipment and Do Not Sign the Delivery Receipt. Once the order is refused, please contact us promptly at service@toysfortrucks.com or call (920) 364-9507 so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, International Ordering & Shipping including Canada

TOYS FOR TRUCKS can ship most items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories, and International. These orders will require extra time for delivery and will be charged additional shipping fees. These orders are not eligible for Free Shipping offers. If you would like to determine the shipping costs before placing your order, please call (920) 364-9507 or e-mail service@toysfortrucks.com. Include the items you wish to order and the exact address they will be shipping to. We'll email you a shipping quote for the items you want within 1-2 business days.

Placing an order outside the Continental U.S.

There are three ways to place an order with TOYS FOR TRUCKS: Our on-line shopping cart: Add the item(s) you wish to order to the Online Shopping Cart. At checkout request a shipping quote in the comments box. We’ll contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm your order. The order will not be processed until we have received approval of the shipping costs. Place your order by phone: Orders can also be placed by calling (920) 364-9507. Must be able to speak English. E-mail: Send an e-mail to service@toysfortrucks.com with the item(s) you wish to order and the complete shipping address. We'll contact you within 1-2 business days with a total for your order. In order to protect you from fraud, we will ask that you fax a copy of your credit card and a form of identification to 1-920-730-7323 before we process your order. We will send you an email requesting this information once we have received your online order – feel free to order now and fax the information later when we request.

Customs and Brokerage Fees International orders are subject to tariffs, customs duties and associated assessments. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by TOYS FOR TRUCKS does not include any of these fees. The company delivering the package normally charges the customs fees.

Order Change / Cancellation Policy

Unless an order has been processed for shipment, it may be changed or cancelled by calling 1-920-364-9507 or send an e-mail request to service@toysfortrucks.com. The order is not changed until you’ve spoken to a TOYS FOR TRUCKS representative directly or have received confirmation e-mail. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it is out of our control (Note: we pride ourselves on fast shipping and most orders are processed for shipment in 24 business hours or less). We will respond within 48 business hours with the status of your request.  If your request is denied due to shipment, you still have the opportunity to return the item through our normal return process for a refund minus shipping costs and any other fees TOYS FOR TRUCKS may incur.Payment methodsPayments are accepted in US funds by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Sales Tax

All shipments to Wisconsin will be charged 5% sales tax

Terms and conditions

On rare occasions, erroneous price or availability listings may appear on this site or independently operated affiliate sites. While we apologize for the inconvenience such an error may cause, TOYS FOR TRUCKS reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time, with or without notice, and update any related orders. We also reserve the right not to price match against any erroneous price listing on this site or any other site.

TOYS FOR TRUCKS Returns Policy

Most products available at TOYS FOR TRUCKS are returnable.

Our return policy is straight forward and customer friendly.  We do not look to make any money off returns. If TOYS FOR TRUCKS can put the item back in stock or return it to our supplier at no cost, then we’ll do the work for FREE and charge you NO RESTOCKING FEES. You can feel confident shopping with us - after all, we've been in business over 20 years.  Our policy is a common sense approach to doing business.  We will take any item back within 30 days of purchase as long as it is a stocking item and or returnable to our supplier and meets the following criteria:

The item must be in original, unused condition and must be returned in the original packaging

TOYS FOR TRUCKS does not accept returns on used items, custom-painted products, factory made-to-order items or items shipped via truck freight. In the case of defect or our error, item(s) may be returned following the proper returns procedure. International orders can’t be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or in the case of an error on our part. TOYS FOR TRUCKS will not reimburse paint charges, labor charges or installation fees for any reason. TOYS FOR TRUCKS does not charge a restocking fee for returning most items. However, for some items, a restocking fee applies.

TOYS FOR TRUCKS cannot accept return items that are not in the original packaging.  These are requirements set by product manufacturers and TOYS FOR TRUCKS must honor their policies on returns. Items returned in poor condition or having parts missing will not be refunded.

The customer must pay return shipping charges

Unless TOYS FOR TRUCKS is at fault, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

FOR RETURNS:  A restocking fee may apply based on the fee TOYS FOR TRUCKS is charged to return the item(s) to it’s supplier(s), plus the cost of shipping the item to the customer, will be charged on items returned without an exchange.

FOR EXCHANGES: The customer will be responsible for the original shipping and the return shipping costs of the original item(s). As a courtesy, the shipping on the replacement item(s) will be Freight Free providing they fall in the parameters of our Freight Free policy.

Return items must be fully insured

The customer is responsible for providing shipping insurance that covers the full price of any item(s) being returned.  If you have questions or need assistance in this, please contact us at
